About our
certified Body
Trust Specialists
Meet a multidisciplinary group of professionals who have spent a minimum of 12 months training with us.
Sharing your process with people who support your liberation is an important part of reclaiming Body Trust.
If you do not find someone in your area, many of our specialists offer support via video conference or phone.
A note about
our directory
The voices and experiences of Black, Indigenous and People of Color, gender variant folks, fat folks, and/or people with disabilities have been absent and minimized in the eating disorder, healthcare, and wellness-related professions.
Therefore, we are working hard to draw an increasingly diverse group of people to be part of our Body Trust Provider Community.
To include providers who are often excluded or unable to participate in trainings such as ours, we offer equity-pricing and additionally have 10 low or no cost spots in every cohort.

Therapist & Therapeutic Coach
“I help people with trauma, grief and disordered eating who want to heal and live a more purposeful life, but feel like they’re stuck in the same patterns. My work helps you find your way toward a deeper sense of meaning, self-compassion, and a tangible vision of the future.”
Nicole is an anti-diet therapist (RI) and therapeutic coach (worldwide) specializing in trauma, disordered eating, IPV, anxiety, and grief and loss. Her work is firmly grounded in fat liberation, intersectional feminism, anti-oppression frameworks, self-compassion and existential thought. She is certified in Body Trust® and nonprofit leadership, and has extensive training in HAES®, Intuitive Eating, IFS, ACT, MI, and mindfulness practices.
Nicole is a 40ish fat, white, Hispanic, neurosensitive cis-woman and mother. Her body story holds lines of addiction, trauma, and mental illness through generations, PCOS, sensory processing sensitivity, anxiety, body struggles and disordered eating, a traumatic birth experience, grief and loss, and weight-biased medical care and workplaces. She has been married to her husband Alex for 15 years and has two school-aged daughters, two dogs, a cat, two guinea pigs, and lots of parrots and farm animals who roam the land around their home.
