We believe your story.

The one where you’re exhausted by the constant struggle to manage your body, your food, and yourself.

Where you’ve spent years—maybe even decades—trying to make yourself smaller and more acceptable to others.

Where you’re longing for a supportive community of people who get it—people who are capable of honoring your emotional and spiritual needs.

Sometimes you know you don’t want to go back, but you don’t know how to go forward.

We get it.

And we’re here for you.

The Body Trust E-Course

This six-week self-paced, online course that helps you rebuild the innate trust you once had for your body—and create a path that honors your humanity and your emotional wellbeing.

Join Angela Braxton-Johnson in a supportive community for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).

You will learn to:

Identify where you are ready for change and where you still need support.

Thoroughly examine the repetitive cycle with food and body that leaves you feeling stuck and explore ways to disrupt the cycle.

Discover how to listen to your body’s wisdom in all forms, whether it comes as hunger, fullness, desire, or longing.

Learn why all that you have tried hasn’t worked and how to try different instead of harder so you can finally move forward.
