A note about
our directory

The voices and experiences of Black, Indigenous and People of Color, gender variant folks, fat folks, and/or people with disabilities have been absent and minimized in the eating disorder, healthcare, and wellness-related professions.

Therefore, we are working hard to draw an increasingly diverse group of people to be part of our Body Trust Provider Community.

To include providers who are often excluded or unable to participate in trainings such as ours, we offer equity-pricing and additionally have 10 low or no cost spots in every cohort.

Associate Pastor at Webster Hills United Methodist Church

This is my call:
To help people reconnect with their bodies, To resist the forces that tell us we are not enough, To proclaim that liberation includes our flesh and bones, And to invite all into the divine rhythm of love that transforms us—body and soul.

Let us build a community where embodiment is holy, self-love is discipleship, and everybody is a beloved part of God’s story.

I am called to empower the Body of Christ—and the wider body of humanity—to embrace the radical, healing love of Jesus through the path of body liberation. I believe that the Gospel is not just good news for the soul but for the whole self: body, mind, and spirit. The rhythm of our lives as Christians is patterned in the sacred movement Jesus modeled—to love God, love self, and love neighbor. (Matthew 22: 36–40) These are not separate tasks, but an interconnected, holy economy held together not by obligation or hierarchy, but by love.

In a world that disconnects us from our bodies through shame, oppression, and trauma, let’s proclaim a Gospel that reclaims embodiment as sacred. Self-love is not self-centered—it is Christ-centered; in loving ourselves, we honor the image of God within us and create space to love God and neighbor more deeply.

Personal Stylist

As a weight inclusive, anti-diet personal stylist, I help my clients reject fashion rules and ideal standards of beauty imposed by the patriarchy, white supremacism, and capitalism so that they can uncover their authentic style. Through their work building a functional wardrobe, my clients make a mindset shift from thinking they need to wear what’s flattering to unapologetically taking up space in the world.
