Body Trust Certified Professional

About our
certified Body
Trust Specialists

Meet a multidisciplinary group of professionals who have spent a minimum of 12 months training with us.

Sharing your process with people who support your liberation is an important part of reclaiming Body Trust.

If you do not find someone in your area, many of our specialists offer support via video conference or phone.

A note about
our directory

The voices and experiences of Black, Indigenous and People of Color, gender variant folks, fat folks, and/or people with disabilities have been absent and minimized in the eating disorder, healthcare, and wellness-related professions.

Therefore, we are working hard to draw an increasingly diverse group of people to be part of our Body Trust Provider Community.

To include providers who are often excluded or unable to participate in trainings such as ours, we offer equity-pricing and additionally have 10 low or no cost spots in every cohort.

Jungian Psychoanalyst

You have your own internal wisdom and it is trying to speak to you through your actions and reactions, habits, and symptoms. Sometimes it feels as if our lives are being run by the expectations of others. Sometimes our own symptoms seem to control us. Relationship issues, feelings of shame, meaninglessness, anxiousness and lack of purpose are some of the symptoms that may appear as a sign that something needs to change.

Jungian analysis aims to support you in understanding the unconscious patterns that have defined who you think you should be. It is my goal to support you as you gain more confidence in your own internal wisdom and accept more and more of the person you really are.

In addition to Jungian psychology, I am a student of body-oriented practices, meditation, intuitive art making, and intuitive eating. I am particularly interested in the ways in which these modalities can help us to see ourselves as we are, rather than how we think we should be, and to be as real as we possibly can be with ourselves and each other.”

Registered Dietitian in Private Practice

I am a non-Diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), specializing in healing relationships
with food, body, and movement, primarily using intuitive/attuned eating and mindfulness
practices. Through my private practice, Mindful Food & Motion, I see clients one-on-one,
teach classes, facilitate and speak with groups, and do advocacy work that is
compassionate, HAES-aligned, trauma-sensitive, gender- and sexual-orientation affirming,
and fat-positive; all through a social justice lens.

Mental Health Therapist

You may be feeling overwhelmed, ungrounded, and confused. Therapy can help. I believe you have the capacity to process challenging aspects of your life to become more grounded, content and fulfilled. You need a safe space to unpack and process at a pace that feels right for you and this is what I strive to provide. You will be listened to, heard, and supported as we work together to achieve your goals for wellbeing and positive connections with others in your life. We can spend our session talking, drawing, journaling, creating, music-ing, using ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) techniques, and however we find best to address the goals you want to accomplish. In my therapy practice and in my personal life I am committed to being culturally humble, anti-racist, anti-abelist, all-body positive, and an ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
