Motivational Interviewing Training

Motivational Interviewing Training

A five-week online training series for weight-inclusive providers

When your clients become disillusioned with the traditional weight paradigm and seek alternatives to diet culture, they often show up with ambivalence.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a person-centered, guiding method of communication and counseling designed to elicit and strengthen intrinsic motivation for change.

This online training with Dana Sturtevant gives you the tools for having powerful conversations with your clients that unleash the innate change process within.

NEXT DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!

Facts About Motivational Interviewing

MI is taught in over 43 different languages around the world.

There are over 200 clinical trials demonstrating the efficacy of MI.

There are over 1200 published studies on MI.
