Almost everything I have learned about body freedom and body trust – radically accepting my body – I learned from Hilary and Dana.
As a fat black woman society has always told me I am too much, and less than, at the same time.
Body Trust and the folks at Center for Body Trust helped to teach that my body, and being just as I am, is powerful, needed and necessary.”

THREE-TIERED PRICING: Our three-tiered pricing structure is designed to make Body Trust programming more accessible to anyone who wants to learn with us. Regardless of the tier you choose, everyone receives full and equal access to all course materials and resources.
To uphold our commitment to equity, 25% of spots in this program are reserved for equity pricing. These spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, so we ask that those who select an equity spot carefully consider their financial need. This helps ensure that those who need these spots most can access them.
If you can pay at a higher tier but require a longer payment plan to make that possible, you will have an opportunity to request one.
LOW/NO-COST SPOTS: In addition to having standard and equity pricing, we have a minimum of 15 low- or no-cost spots in our Certification Program each year for people who are on a limited income and or unable to earn income, or whose currency and exchange rate make the program inaccessible. We will be accepting a total of 30 low/no-cost applications for the 2025 cohort. Applications for these spots will be open January 10-19 (or until we receive 30 applications). These requests come in quickly so we recommend submitting yours as soon as possible. Please click here to start the request process. You’ll first be directed to sign our program terms of use before proceeding to complete your application.
GROUP DISCOUNTS: Discounts are available for groups of colleagues, friends, and organizations. Check out our FAQ for details on pricing, or email us with questions.
