The conversations that occur between health care providers and their patients are powerful ones, capable of supporting or inhibiting the innate change process that is alive in all of us.

Motivational Interviewing is a particular way of talking to people about change and growth to strengthen their own motivation and commitment.

A foundational overview of the theoretical frameworks grounding this evidence based clinical counseling style.

02. Dancing vs. Wrestling

03. O.P.E.N.  E.A.R.S.
The quality of our listening and the space we hold for people contemplating big changes in their life is the most helpful thing about us.
